Guidance for uploading documents onto SiSS

When uploading documents onto your profile please save them in the format below. This is best achieved by scanning them and saving them on a laptop/PC. Uploading images from a smart phone saves them as image numbers which does not give us the information required.

For sports qualifications:

Your name/course name/date undertook eg

Joe Bloggs FA level 2 01.06.2019

For 1st Aid and safeguarding:

Your name/course name/date expires eg

Joe Bloggs FA Emergency Aid expires 01.06.2022

For insurance:

Your name/insurance company name /date expires

Joe Blogg Hiscock Insurance expires 01.06.2020
